Type of Maintenance Services

Routine Maintenance:

Conducted on a cyclical and need-based schedule to meet established standards, these works comprise:

  • Pavement
  • Maintenance of Road Shoulders

Periodic Maintenance

Periodic maintenance is conducted less frequently than routine maintenance

I. Periodic pavement works

  • Resurfacing road pavement
  • Sealing pavement surfaces and shoulders
  • Road widening
  • Upgrading road infrastructure
  • Road reconstruction

II. Road furniture works

  • Repairing, reconstructing, or constructing new drains and culverts
  • Upgrading drains and culverts in flood-prone areas
  • Repairing slopes, including shoulders, cut slopes, and embankments
  • Repairing road furniture, including the replacement and installation of guardrails, delineator posts, signboards, road studs, line markings, and road kerbs
