Protasco Berhad aspires to become a leading industry player in the property development sector, bringing to the market innovative residential and commercial concepts designed to deliver superior value.
Our Property Development division is the main developer of De Centrum City, a 100-acre freehold land located in south of Kuala Lumpur. De Centrum City is estimated to have a gross development value (GDV) of almost RM10 billion over a 15-year span.
When completed, it will consist of high-rise apartments, office towers, SOHO units, a convention centre, hotels, office suites and retail lots.
Other developments by this division include the Jade Hill Township in Tampin, Negeri Sembilan a 137 - acre development of landed housing and Sentrio Business Center in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
In 2018, the Property Development division teamed up with the International Radisson Hotel Group to manage the Park Inn by Radisson Putrajaya Hotel at South KL.
We are continuously on the lookout for joint venture possibilities with both landowners and governments to develop their land holdings.
